How to play app o'clock
When you see the the app o'clock banner appear in the My Telstra app, click on it to find out if you've won a deal. Redeem it and enter the promo code at the checkout before it’s sold out or expires.
You must have the My Telstra app and be a Telstra Plus member to join in the fun of app o'clock.

Things you need to know about app o'clock
Entry to the promotion is open to all Australian residents who are Telstra customers, have joined Telstra Plus, are 18 years of age or older, and see the app o'clock banner when logged into the latest My Telstra app. They must click on the banner to reveal if they have won a deal or not. Excludes Telstra business, enterprise and corporate accounts. Telstra employees who work with the Telstra Plus program and their agents, contractors and other companies associated with the promotion and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
To enter during the promotion period, you must:
- Be a Telstra Plus member
- Have an active Telstra account of which you are the account owner
- Enter via the latest My Telstra app
- Join Telstra Plus during the promotional period, if you're not already a member.
- Click on the app o’clock banner in the my Telstra app during 5-7pm AEST. If you win a promo code, you must act quickly and use the promo code before 7pm AEST or they will all run out. For movie tickets, you have until April 26 to utilise the voucher.
App o’clock may take up to an hour to appear in the My Telstra app if you're joining Telstra Plus between 5pm and 7pm AEST. We may disqualify entries that do not comply with these terms and conditions
- Download the latest version of the My Telstra app and be enrolled as a Telstra Plus member
- When app o’clock is live, log into your My Telstra app, redeem and enter the promo code at the checkout before it’s sold out or expires
You can redeem the promo code in the My Telstra app or via Telstra.com. Alternatively, if you need assistance, you can message us in the My Telstra app.
Please note that the app o'clock promo codes are not available for redemption through the Telstra Plus rewards store and can only be redeemed via the links supplied in the My Telstra app.

Dates you need to know
The promotion runs from 5pm to 7pm AEST on selected days from 28 April 2025 to 16 May 2025 ("promotion period").
The promo code or prize will be determined instantly by a computerised random draw system. Our decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
Winners will be notified instantly on screen. For deal promo codes, they will need to copy their promo code and check out before 7pm AEST to claim the deal. For movie tickets they will be emailed their voucher within 30 mins. Entrants who did not win will be notified instantly on screen.
The app o'clock promo codes are not available for redemption through the Telstra Plus rewards store and can only be redeemed via the links supplied in the My Telstra app.
The prize
Entrants who interact with the app o’clock on the app between 5&7pm AEST will be awarded prizes based on the following quantities by day:
- Day 1 : First 2,000
- Day 2 : First 1,500
- Day 3 : First 1,600
- Day 4 : First 2,000
- Day 5 : First 800
- Day 6 : First 1,500
- Day 7 : First 2,000

Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and are not redeemable for cash.

Tampering with entries
We reserve the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and address) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process.
If there is a dispute about the identity of an entrant, the entrant will be deemed to be forfeited.
Suspension, cancellation, modification or termination of the promotion
If for any reason beyond our reasonable control, we are not able to conduct the promotion as anticipated, we may, unless to do so would be prohibited by law, disqualify any entrant, or subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, cancel, suspend, modify or terminate the promotion.
Liability excluded
To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any loss or damage, or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the promotion including the prize or the taking of the prize. We accept no responsibility for any tax liabilities that may arise from winning the prize.
We are not liable for any prize that may be lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way after it leaves us.
